Howlers are magical letters which have been using at Hogwarts and wizarding world to send messages between wizards. It is usually in a red color and shape of a letter. This magical letter, Howler, reads the message written inside with loud volume in writer’s voice. After the reading, it burns into ashes.
Howlers are especially used for express anger or disappointment of the sender. It annoys the recipient if it’s not read and eventually it manages to be read by recipient.
